The points you gain for the tournament is based on how many weor units you trained by using idols. It's not linked to you clearing level 10 bgs and getting the orbs at the end.

However; its possible that I'm misreading the thread. There was an issue at the start of the tournament where everyones leagues hadn't reset so some peoples were showing 0 points, I think for the most part it's fixed but I wouldn't be surprised if it's still persisting for some people, but i'm 99% sure its a visual bug

Mehnslayer we trained 3037 units but scoring showed only 16 points at one time, then zero points at end of tourney

Yeah filling out a support ticket so they can look into it is your best option.
