There are too many of them! 

Why is Plarium’s security team still taking no action regarding these castles? It is quite obvious that these are bots—not just individual bots, but entire leagues of them. I would like to specifically point out a league called "Philippines" They capture hamlets 24 hours a day—and I don’t mean they simply hold them for 24 hours; I mean they are constantly recapturing them, as if they never sleep—as if they were programs! How many more players need to request an investigation before Plarium starts addressing security? I, for one, demand that these leagues be banned, starting with the "Philippines" league. I see no point in writing separately to Plarium’s security team; if the forum doesn’t serve as a bridge between Plarium and the players—and if the moderators do nothing to inform Plarium about complaints and screenshots—then what is the purpose of the forum or the moderators? And what is the point of submitting a complaint through Plarium’s website when many other players have already done so repeatedly?

We are awaiting the results of the investigation and a response regarding each of the leagues shown in the screenshots—are these leagues using "sandboxes" or scripts for automated gameplay? Furthermore, will the accounts in these leagues be banned? Once you provide your response, I can personally verify their activity myself.
