If i activate the dragon art discovery speed, in the same time I'm discovering one of the dragon's art, the time for discovering it, does not decrease.

The bonus is applied to the speed of Dragon Art discovery. It does not decrease the discovery time directly.

the article it doesn't explain what the 'Dragon art discovery speed' activation does.
Could you please explain it?The bonus increases the speed of the Art discovery. I.e. when the bonus is applied, the discovery time will decrease. However, when the bonus turns off, the speed turns back to regular and the remaining time will increase.
The reported case cannot be classified as a bug since this is a part of the regular gameplay. I have moved your topic to Game Discussion thread.
