Lovar's Jest gives the bonus to attack stats. Hover the mouse at the attacking stats of Pathfinder and you will see the bonus.
The reported case cannot be classified as a bug since this is a part of the regular gameplay. I have moved your topic to Game Discussion thread.
Yeah it looks like you'd selected the units defense stats instead of its offense one, that's why the boost wasn't showing up.hankwhite said:
