It'd be easy to take a beacon, have a couple people level it up to 2 with alts with no troops in it, send your attack at the target, then drop the beacon. 

They should give a % of sapphires spent on fb's to the player they were used against

Hmm it would make the game more interesting, if whenever you killed other players troops in pvp you got say 5% of their value in sapphires.  It would give a good reason to do pvp.
