First check to ensure you are gaining points in the battle reports. If you have reports from the battlegrounds under the Grand Marshal then submit a ticket to https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 

Remember there may be a delay in reporting between servers. This delay is normally less than 3 minutes.

I would suggest you add screenshots to any Support Ticket. That makes it easier to verify time and results for verification on the server.

both of the Battle ground Quest that were running were adding up Points but the League Quest did Not !!!
