Hi, I have a little issue.....on 6/17/2017 I won the express draw, i claimed the prize but never received it. can you assist me in this matter, thank you. I tried to put in a support ticket but your system keeps telling me my ID or coordinates are invalid and wont let me submit my ticket, can you help me?

Yes and your ID must not start with pp.
Make sure that the draw contained sapphire. Some draws don't have sapphires but contain troop only.
If it contained sapphires write to support without haste and they will compensate you.
A little side question. Can you please tell us how you won. Did you bet in the begging and how many tickets

When you copy you ID two parts are copied. One part should be edited out. But the CM explained with the screenshot.
