After the last update I have been unable to activate more than 2 fiefs. I have 4 cities under siege, two are working, the other two stay grayed out in any option to start collecting gold/iron.
I have tried releasing a city and besieging a new one but it has no affect..

at this moment my 3 fiefs runs at normal way. my advise is to clear ur browser cache. logout from game, clean all ur browser cache and relog again. try to activate the 3rd fief.
if the problem persist try to do this operation with another browser and finally if u are not able to activate the 3rd fief please contact support for investigating why are u having this problem. for this, please follow this link
