these shouldn't happen. Please contact support. also try to get into the game using play now button in forums. it might be  great to delete your browser cache.

maybe I wasn't clear

I CAN login to the game, I CAN login to the forums, but when I go to SUPPORT it tells me to  LOGIN,  won't take my password, and won't let me RESET my password either

so I CANNOT submit a TICKET, cause it won't let me LOG IN when I am going to the SUPPORT PAGE

I am sorry I do not understand. If you are registered in the Forum you do not need to register on the Support page. Simply follow this link and submit your support ticket. https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new No login is required.

You should try clearing your browser cache, it sounds like it might be some kind of an issue with your cookies.
