Have you tried to see if your on a different server?

Click the server button, then select the server of your lvl 50.

fat chance of ringing as the contact section in here is pretty useless. if its liogging me into a different server is there a way out of that ?

grats on finding your correct castle/server though lol

This happens so regularly you would think that Plarium might twig to improve the UI so that it was much clearer you were switching servers.

Given the people that post on the forum are the tip of the iceberg (and this regularly comes up) I wonder how many people who don't ask, simple quit the game confused?
