Lost Castle?

Ok had a computer crash a while back so i was offline for about 3 weeks. When I came back I find everything was gone and I had to start all over. But when I realize I am in a different location i go look and I find that my other castle is still there with everything I had. Is there anything that I can do about this problem? Or do I just have to chalk it up to a lost cause?

Thanks Failo but that is not the problem. I am on the "untamed lands" server. Because of the time I was gone I didnt think anything of it until I found my old Castle. I would really hate to lose my old castle because I spent a lot of time working on it. I also hate to loose the new one. Just want to know if there is anything that can be done. Can the two be combined? or can I go back to the old one?

if you are positive that you are on the right server (as failo suggested )

and you still on a different castle ( but see your old castle )

then you have created an alt ( signed in through a different mail ,,,etc )


so do the following :-

check your mail ( original one for old castle ) and sign in using it

never use the second castle because alts are against game rules 

finally if that is not the case then contact support team

I figured out what happened. When I was logging back into the game I misspelled the player name by one letter and the system put me into an completely new castle. Now I just have to see if there is any way items/daily resources bought can be transferred to original acct
