they sleeppppp in more than 1 months until now or later.

Lord if you still did not receive an answer from support then it's because the following 

1) no issues were detected or that support does not require any further information 

2) the answer to this specific issue was given already 

3) check your spam folder just in case

We have established before that support is unresponsive by design (see official faq) and forum team has no access to data. Current data available inleague suggests that something happened to payouts. Since questions regarding this will definitly not be answered, asking is a waste of time.

I would contest that value per unit can in any way explain what is happening sometimes.

The unexpected loss days that happen on the battlegrounds, I think they are "working as intended" to make the weak of will spend money to recuperate. That is the choice you have, you can write tickets all day long.

You don't even know what issue they have encountered to assume they are a noob and fob them off with some useless platitude. How do you know they were even using one of the spreadsheet you mentioned and haven't recorded using their own method?

Why didn't you ask them for info on their problem so you could understand and see if there really is a problem here or not. Is it because you actually don't care if there is a real problem or not?

I assume there are very strong reasons to not specify what is supposed to happen in bg, because full disclosure might end badly. The only thing i get really bad feelings from is the defined closed loop of direct to support - support doing nothing - try to get some reaction on forum - be directed to support. In my area of expertise this would involve lawyers at some point.

Fortunately, you just don't know what you wrote. Reality is different. BG rules just adopted to allow players to spend more money. As new feature in the game. Payouts are there, just way to get them is harder then ever.

You're guaranteed to win at least a few troops when you kill a bg (except the really low level ones).  I never claimed that the reward would be more than the losses, because it usually wont.  That's why it's important to not go overboard on doing bgs. If you just throw your army at bgs over and over it will eventually shrink.  So you have to be careful about when you do bgs and how many you do.

"Battlegrounds are a part of the gameplay which is thoroughly tested by our QA team at all stages. Thus, we exclude the possibility of any breakdowns in its functioning.

Hence, our Technical Support team does not consider tickets regarding Battlegrounds. "
