Same problem. I have cleared my system 5 times, run CCleaner 2 times, tried different browsers, tried different computers, tried different internet accesses, nothing works. And now I have missed the bonus that I bought the pack for in the first place. I submitted a ticket with a screen shot and nothing. Customer service and the help system are terrible. I'm still waiting on a resolution. Won't be spending my money on this game if this continues.
