Try clearing browser cache and reloading. if that does not work or it is allready done try to contact support

Request you to raise a ticket to support on this issue if refresh, cache clear and re-login does not solve the issue.

I have had the same issue, clearing the cache, relogging, refreshing none of it works. If you are confused like me it asks you to contact them directly by filling out a form at the bottom of the page.

OMG now I cannot send the ticket it froze on sending screen, then I refreshed and it doesn't even get that far. Hoping it sent... This is crazy.
