each upgrade to the embassy increase the number of members that can help you ( not the time boosted )

Building Help is pretty hopeless - you need to hold a level 20 Fortress to see any noticeable reductions in build times.

Upgrading the Embassy is just a complete waste of time, effort and resources

The whole idea just generates mountains of relentless spam

.... but at least trebling the build times was 'logical and justified' so we must learn to put up with all this garbage. hohoho

Seriously?  That's it?  At least that explains why having 16 people help me shows not a lot of difference in the overall build time.
