Are you sure the second purchase also contained the Sage?
I've had this too. I purchased one offer with Sage. I wanted to purchase another, but noticed the Sage was gone.

im afraid the second does not include a second sage

you receive an offert x2 or x3 times but sage only its include in the first purchase you do. the second and the third includes the same packages of troops booster and resources but not the sage.

i think this item only can be purchased by one time but not sure at all.
