be sure you havent reached the resources limit for each lord. also check if you havent reached the daily limit of 6 sendings and finally check also if you have reached the daily limit to send to same lord of 3 daily.

also if you upgraded your market you can send more resources - you are allowed to send 50k per week so you might have to re-adjust the amount of resources you are sending to balance the number to 50k
The total amount of resource you can sent to a player is 50k.
At max 3 caravans can be send to each player per day
Max number of gifts you can send per day is 6.
