Runes of Fealty are useful up to 150 players. After that since that is the maximum number of players is 150 plus 10 in the Academy Runes of Fealty simply accumulate for the player until the leagues are allowed to expand further which has been hinted at in other posts.Runes of Featllity are also supposed to be able to be used to expand the league.

you must apply 20 runes to get 1 member more maybe that is why it didnt work for youthanks reaper
