just click on "apply discount" in the wheel it will take you directly to the right place 

This is what I did, I click on Apply, it takes me to right place. It shows me small banner on items with 50% and the little pop up comment box shows price is reduced from 600 to 300. When I click on it, it tells me I don;t have enough saphs even though I do have 650 of them right now.

The button to buy Hydra and other items with full price more than my saphs count is slightly greyed out.

It is a glich after recent update, looks like i am not going to buy those items at reduced price.
