Yes, all league members are treated with respect until they fail to return it. Then they are no longer league members.

Yes, we respect and value all league members and expect all league members ,be it a Captain or a Neophyte, to do the same. People who don't usually find themselves out of the league.
After all this is a game and all of us are here to play and have fun, if fun comes with loosing respect or value then it does not stay to be fun anymore.
