I was at level 61, now I open the game at level 1? How do I re-connect to where I was before?

You're on the second server of the game. At the top of your screen, between your castle coords and the fullscreen button, there is something that says either The Dark Plains or Untamed Lands. Click on it to change your server.

It didn't work. I switched servers but ended up back at level 1.

I would say that you should try to contact customer support. If you scroll all the way down this page there is a link that says "Support" below the "Games" category. That will take you to the right place to put in your ticket.

Also, could we get a mod to move this to the appropriate area of the forums? Perhaps bug reports.
