DRAGON ARTS BOX WILL NOT OPEN

It is time for me to begin reserach on my next Dragon Arts (lvl 9 Dragon Scales) and I go to open the box and it does open but the inside of the box is totally black and I cannot start researching my next Dragon Arts.  This is a serious problem for obvious reasons and I need this bug fixed ASAP because time is money and I am losing time researching my Dragon Arts as a result.

Not that is should matter it is Dragon Hammers lvl 9 I cannot start researcing not Dragon Scales.

it happened to me few times all you have to do is refresh the game 


if that does not help then clear cache and then refresh

I just started Dragon Hammers but it was not a refresh issue because I rebooted twice and refreshed multiple times without the game allowing me to begin the research.  But I am ok now for the moment at least.  In 20 hours I hope this does not repeat.

I logged on today and the exact same problem has occurred.  I can do anything else in the game I want to do but I go to begin my next Dragon research and call up the research  box it opens all black and empty just like yesterday.  I closed the browser and emptied cache and cookies today and that had no impact I still cannot begin to research my next dragon arts.  Given a Dragon Derby contest has begun this is especially distressing and it makes it more harmful than yesterday when there was no derby going on.  Why is this happeneing?

My Lord, if you're still experiencing loading issues, please do the following:

1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - photo

2. Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG

3. Try to access the game

4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content - how to make HAR

5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.

6. Send this information to our Support Team: http://support.plarium.com/Tickets/Submit/.

They will help you to understand the reason of your loading issues and will help you to fix them.

Also please let us know if the issue is resolved.
