Hello, please note that a bug is a malfunction of the game that regularly repeats on several accounts and does not go away until developers fix it. If the button was not working at that particular time, it is related to loading issues with cache or Internet connection. Please refer to the Ultimate Loading Troubleshoot to know how to deal with loading problems. Such cases are not available for reimbursement according to our Refund policy.
