Game not working.

Game App is totally broken. Doesn't even load Plarium homepage. Other option of loading from google, lag is 20-30 seconds on home castle page for a few clicks then crashes. "Plarium.com is not responding" message comes up. :(


Yes, cleared browser and the rest. Been like this since the new updates started. No, it's not my computer. Maybe internet in my area is very busy or did Flash player end already - lol

perhaps there is some king of problem with the app and they are trying to fix it. however u could send a ticket to support with this issue following the link: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

please try meanwhile any browser to log in game to check it

Ah, all good. This sometimes happens when updates are added. I go to bed, wake up the next day and it's back to normal.....I guess that's my cue.

Switched browser to Microsoft Edge and done a few things. Working perfect now. I deleted the game app and was hoping to download it again, but I cant find it. Has Plarium cancelled the app?

Indeed the app has died, wont load past 99%.....2 days now.....


It is running through chrome but not as responsive as it should be, Zufbar is not alone, Im hearing of heavy lag issues and crashing from a number of long term players. But Im sure you guys are aware and  are working on a solution.......Right?

Exact same problem with the application. Hangs on 99%, and happends when Age of War is updated. Normally it should be back around 24-36 hours, but as mentioned it is now on day 2.

I am sorry to report that I have been told the App is not yet ready for release. As such Support recommends using the Browser based versions until the App is ready for release.

Alright. Bloody shame to be honest. Browsers are so laggy with Stormfall, and crashes frequently. Better quality play with the application. It seems Browsers/FlashPlayer does not like or unable to handle my Castle and updates I payed for.


Too much items/fortifications to load in

I have cleared cache and tested various browsers, not much help.

Being a coiner in this game, does have it's downside.

There was some issue with Apps. It was reported as fixed, and I'm happy to hear it's working for you as well.
