i have an imac 24 were i would play also and instal plarium play and the plarium play installation failed several time why ? i always have an error message who asks me to contact you

You can have 1 castle per server per account and you can have 10 accounts per plarium Play launcher
My friend from the league has an issue since the last Plarium App update, for 3 weeks now trying to run the App but invain. OS is Windows 10 fully updated. After the frist few tries with update failed she has tried uninstall and reinstall many times but invain. Could you offer some advice what may be the problem?
He may want to check his Antivirus settings I heard some had an issue with a window update resetting the defaults after the update.
