You could be having cache problems. Please try clearing your cache. 

If the scrolls don't appear  that doesn't help Then I recommend that you submit a ticket

But first please check if you actually have the scrolls

Go to Lost arts> and scroll all the way to call of blood. Then check if your scrolls have been ticked. or if the image of the dragon is completely 

You could also check in the house of scrolls and see if your scrolls are there.
