We need more information to help include Your Operating system  Mac ,Win ,Linux  or what ever and browser also 

OS - Win,   Browser - chrome

The platform you play on - Plarium

The server where you play - Untamed Lands

The feature that causes the issue - PlariumPlaySetup.exe download file

The exact steps you performed before the bug arose;

when you click on the exe file it runs, wants a connection to the internet (give)

and the screen shot above shows up "No Internet connection" 

I've done this 5+ times and same problem

Any special conditions that caused the bug to appear - idk

What should have happened;

it should have went to the server and downloaded the App program

(this is why i asked for Offline version, not a setup that has to reach a server to work)

What actually happened.

Nothing "No Internet connection" message over and over!

Please try to launch Plarium Play using VPN. Alternatively, if VPN is enabled on your PC, please disable it and open Plarium Play. Let me know if it helped.

Sorry i'm lost you say to "launch" or "open" Plarium Play?? you mean (PlariumPlaySetup.exe)

Don't understand the VPN part? I need this to install your setup file why?

From what I have seen posted by CM I can confirm that Chromebook is at this time not an option to play the Game.
