This is bad luck not a bug, if you are like me and have such bad luck then you need to open them during the 100% on the third try like I do.

Everyone has had a bad run at some point. 

If you don't have many bonds to spare (and they're a lot easier to get these days, in fairness) then - as suggested - stick to the Guaranteed event. 

It just requires a bit of patience to not click on the Holy bonds that are burning a hole in your pocket.

Unfortunatelly , there isn't any bug  !

For esample i wait that event which give the guaranteed Grade V opening 3 holy bonds...but everyone  is free to play how he wants !
