hello, i have brought multiple elements of my equipment to level VI and never completed the mission. Is this a bug or am i missing something?

There is no error in that task, you confused the items , those from your picture aren't divine equipments .
Please take a look in Hero - click on i button blu colour from the right angle up , and see which are the divine equipment items , which you can find just in the divine chest .
