Hello, I haven't received ticket numbers in my email. They're simply not registered.
My tickets are being ignored by support.

if you have not a ticket number for your issue , that  mean you didn't submited the ticket to the support in the right way  , or you play from russia or belarus and Plarium doesn't forward services for this 2 countries anymore . 

I explain... when you contact the support they answer you via email, and forward you a number for your case.
