If this happened after January 25, please attach screenshots illustrating the issue and all the other details requested in this article. It will help the investigation very much.

About the achievement, it was supposed to be fixed on the 2nd of February and after that, we could not reproduce the issue.
If you still face the issue, please make a screenshot of the rating after the end of the Solo Tournament that would clearly illustrate your place in the rating of the tournament.
