On S2 the scroll bar for champion seletion will not stay still. I select a champion to attack and the bar instantly returns to the top meaning that I am forever going up and down, up and down with each attack.
This is not the case on S1 or S3

k on a champion that is lower down the page the scroll bar then immediately returns to the top. On S1 and S2 the scren stays static so that you can see the lower champions. As you can see I have selected a druid to attack but the champion is not visible on the left as the scroll bar has returned to the top. It should be static.Thank you for the details!
