Some updates about the March Battle Pass

We want to inform you that, due to specific changes this month, the current March Battle Pass will end on March 30 at 23:59 UTC. Because of the time switch in this particular Battle Pass, it lasts one day shorter than usual. Accordingly, for those players who purchased the March Battle Pass, in-game compensation will be provided on April 1.

Followed all the instructions on the support, no refund, no money, leary about purchasing a new battle pass. It seems that Plarium strikes, fill out the form, follow the instructions and you get nothing. I either want a refund or an elite battle pass that I paid for.

I received an email finally on April 5th, informing me that I would get a refund, but have seen nothing. I bought my April Battle Pass on April 6, losing 20% of its value due to Plarium screw up, and getting no compensation, and then magically, hours later, got an email informing that Plarium was "giving" me 30 Levellers, which I had already paid for twice!!!!!!! Plarium has not refunded the March 31 Battle Pass, has not given me any compensation, and has made me pay for everything twice to get it. I do have an extra 30 levellers, so in that case I do have what I paid for, although I had to wait and ask repeatedly to get it. Compensation for this colossal mess should be a refund not only of the March 31 Battle Pass, but the April Battle Pass as a recognition of how poorly this was handled. 

I'm a player and I do understand you perfectly. What I really know is that the Support started to refund the players, as a friend got his money back. Please inform us when you get your money back. For all the rest concerns you posted, please mention them under the Supports reply.

With respect, this should have been made far more public than a single post here. The issue is significant, not only was my money taken, but I bought lvl increasers and used them, and they are now gone. As well, my extra build queues were filled with troops and they disappeared hours later. This is brutal.

i buy the battlepass every month for my cities, so when i get an ingame message saying that the season has ended and i am awarded the resources for the whole month, then i go and purchase the next months battle pass for all my cities and complete 6 levels in each city, then today i get an ingame message again saying the same thing and resources for the one day???? this is your screw up so why can't you fix it. it should be pretty obvious that whoever bought a battlepass yesterday, especially when they already had a march battlepass, was at your suggestion that the season had ended and a new one started so why do we have to jump through hoops to fix your mistake!!!! i mean, who would buy a 1 day battlepass????

In Sparta non mi sembra che abbiate rimborsato, da quanto a me risulta ora e nemmeno ad altri miei amici in game.

E' possibile sapere se rimborsate e in che modo, visto che in questo post comunicato di averlo fatto su altri game della plarium?

Ad esempio con pass gratuito di aprile e ricompensa per i giorni persi nei bonus oppure con restituzione monetaria?

In Sparta you do not seem to have refunded, as far as I know now and neither do any of my other friends in game.

For example with free April pass and reward for days lost in bonuses or with monetary refund?

I'm slowly getting angry. I had bought this ominous 1-day Elite Battle Pass for 2 Accs each from Sparta and Pirates and received neither the earned rewards for the entire March, nor a refund of the costs. Since April 1st, I've been playing without any Battle Pass because I don't trust the system anymore. And now I read that I have to fill out a ticket for each transaction? I don't believe it...

And, with all due respect, like many of the players complaining here, I have been with this game for 10 years, significantly longer than you have been with Plarium, I suspect, and if there is one thing that every long time player with Plarium has learned extensively, it is how to fill out a support ticket. So please do not use your canned responses to talk down to us, and suggest that WE MADE A MISTAKE in buying your product, lest we decide that you are correct.
