you need a few ? i have over 800 left hahahaRelocation pools used to be easier to acquire. Now plarium, in its infinite wisdom, has decided to take them out of all (or most) of its drachma packages--yet another transparent concoction to scrape another dime out of long-time customers.
Very frustrating.
I've always disliked the pools anyway. though I understand the need for them as means of relocating a city, either to extract oneself from stronger, bullying neighbours or to move closer to a cluster of coalition members, allies, a capital or pan, but this practice of constantly working around the dangers and limitations of long-range raids by simply moving a city at will, popping up here and there and anywhere as one sees fit, is so very counterintuitive and ugly IMO. I was not aware the ancient Greeks lived their lives in gipsy caravans. I saw the Acropolis once and though it's a bit damaged, it seemed rather sturdy to me :-).
In any case, I would be more than content if relocations were limited to one a month or thereabouts. Sorry, VodkaRedBull, I know you're sitting on 800 of those :-).

Thank you for adding them back to the drachma packages, Plarium. :)
On a side note:
Since vodkaredbull apparently has a bunch of pools he doesn't use or need, maybe we can add a relocation pool exchange mechanism (of some sort) to the game interface, or an option to 'gift' them, like unused articles...ha ha ha

LOL, good point, but keep in mind the ancient Greeks were very adept at creating colonies around the Mediterranean. Thus, although Athens had a fairly sturdy foundation, the Athenians had colonies in Asia Minor, the Italian peninsula and elsewhere.
Furthermore, if you add the Macedonians to the smorgasbord of Greek history, the radius of colonization extends throughout the known world at that time, including Egypt, modern-day Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, India, etc. Alexander's army lived very much like gypsies.
I know, history is boring.

Colonies are fine, we actually had those in SWOE in the past, but I stand by my position that the old Greeks weren't nomads. I'm just picturing Plato asking Socrates: "Hey teach, in which trailer park did you grow up in?" ;-)
As to "history is boring": it is not!! ... just don't major in it as I did, the only jobs you'll get are teaching or writing, and if you opt for writing and hope to make any money, be sure to specialise in ransom notices (I forget who said that and don't have time to google it but it's too good a quote to be mine :-)
Cheers

We are not planning to give players an option to trade them or send them as a gift to other players.
The reason is that we're striving to maintain the game balance. Players receive a lot of Items that should be used on certain levels or City development stages. However, they are credited for your personal in-game activity, and they were not designed to give any benefits to other players.
