We just finished Coalition event, I am player MOFO in Hungarian Coalition, Tharacian Frontier I did not receive awards. I have attempted to get them, the claim button did not light up after the event was lit up for the finish button.. Please disburse these to me.

My name is Poseidon. I play on the Glorious Valley Server. I did not receive  my 90 day log in bonus. I clicked on the box like I always do. I t turned green and the check mark came up. But I did not receive my 50- horseman / 250-Drachma,s / 1-Mystery Box / 1-Scrow / 1- Resource ..I tried twice before refreshing my screen and trying again..I don't know what to do. I'm in the Lunatic-Fringe Coalition..what do I need to do to collect my awards?

Hi

I just finished 1st in the pp tourney in both leagues and got rewards as a second in the supreme.

Having been spending thousands of euros in this game, 500 dracs won't make a difference but I find it really unfair.

Good morning Odin,

are you reporting similar errors as discussed by others in this thread? If so, have you reported these to Customer Support as suggested above? If yes, has Support gotten back to you? If not, is there some other problem?

Its not the same probs and no I havent reported anything to noone.

The supplied screenshots seem to tell a rather cut 'n dried story and describe a strong and well-documented case to take tro Customer Support. I hope you hand this in to CS and let us know how it turned out.
