how is this possible ? a successful spying kills my 5 of my scout and none of enemy scout ?

Defending scouts never get killed except if scouting players uses Venators... Successful scouting just means that you get a report. You may still lose some of your scouts. Your report looks completely normal to me.

defending scouts never get killed ,offending scouts get killed ,defending scouts get killed by any other offending army than scouts .. this is new for me ..(somewhat defeats the purpose)..

Yup.. one normal report..
You are scouting him so you have risk to lose scouts not he. If you scout with Venators, then you will kill his scouts and get spy report too.

Moreover, if the player has higher level his spies it's normal to inflict more damage to yours Archon!
