I have a feeling this will be a very common theme today. If your email was never verified, I think plarium has blocked people from logging in. There is a player whom I know well who messaged me on skype and cannot log in. Says invalid email/password and has 35,000 drachma on account. Turns out he used a random email to create his account and he did not/cannot verify it.

Plarium changed their connections to https, but some of their subservers haven't granted a trusted certificate yet. So your anti virus probably blocks the connections because they seem secure but they are not.
Try to disable anti virus and load the site again.
If that works, then try to find how you can add an exception to your anti-virus for plarium. Probably the problem will be resolved when your anti virus updates its database in the next days
