There is an ongoing thread over in Bug Reports related to the sign in screen not completing and giving an error.  Started for me last night at 9:30 PM EST, and continues to this moment.  Can't sign on with any browser, computer, or isp. Per a Moderator this morning, that coincided with a Plarium update that was supposed to happen about the same time.

Stil not working..

I have been trying to login for about 24 hours now, and no matter what I do it will not work. I have tried clearing my cache, using different browsers, and all the usual fixes. I did manage to login once after about a hundred attempts, but I could do NOTHING, not even put my troops up. I know that people from all over the world have been experiencing the same problem, but I am not sure what is wrong exactly because I know of people who are logging in just fine. The best I could do was ask for an idea of what is going on.

OK Plarium. You have two threads going on this. How about giving us an answer as to when this is going to be fixed and not leaving up stranded, which you have for a full day now. Show some responsibility and support for your game.

I have asked the same thing. Please give us an idea of what is going on, because this is becoming ridiculous at this point. If this entire thing is due to an update than how about in future situations you shut down the entire site and conduct the update. It's not fair to players such as us that are left to do nothing. I know some people are logging in just fine while the rest of us can do nothing, it is less than fair.

Heard from customer support after 33 hours. They said I should be able to get into my game. Had to message them back that I couldn't with another picture of the error screen. Maybe they can get in, but I sure can't.

Just like others I Can't play since 8 september in the night !

aragon...see my post in the bug reports about fixing the issue.  Plariums update affected access with certain anti virus programs. turn your anti virus and firewall program off,then see if you can get online and into the game

it's working I had to remove ant-virus and firewall even if it's not Bitedefender

Effectivement, il faut désactiver l'anti-virus et le firewall «bitedefender» ou pas ! Parce que l'anti-virus de votre fournisseur internet n'a probablement pas de nom commercial.
