For the third time now, when I complete an event my rewards don't show up anywhere.  This particular one was to defeat 5 Persian positions.  Rewards were 5,000 of each resource and some other items.  I defeated 5 positions, then hit "claim reward", but I didn't get anything.  Again, this has happened several times so that's a lot of resources I'm missing out on.  Is there something else I'm supposed to be doing?
