GPS is rare but in tours that Happens you can get at least 75-150. Their rarity happens because it's a way of buying a lot of useful things for your city, such as contact lists,+% for galleys,articles, off/def + and a lot more! Instead of wasting drachmas for those, you just spend GPS! :)

mostly during the weekend its gp and sometimes during the week when there is pvp event
from what i can tell only pvp event give gps
