only lvl 5,

higher levels are not for faint-hearted, around 10 and up

u need decent def to hold, and ability to downgrade similar level capital to upgrade yours among other things, which only few coalitions will achieve to very high levels.

to be honest these safe points means nothing for us, we can hold capital with or without it just fine

for coalitions that they hope they quickly reach safe point then regroup and wait and then reach another few levels for next safe point(which doesn't exist presently) this scenario will never happened, as requirements to upgrade to higher levels are actually tougher than defend it at first place:)
