Archon, please try here http://support.plarium.com/ensparta/Tickets/Submit/ Support team will be glad to help you.
I have asked the same question many time and get the same reply
What I want to know is I and trying to build barracks I have the correct agreement and it tells me to collect the article
I just cant see where I collect them
I now have 3 signed agreements with Maroneia The box keeps telling me to collect them
How and where do i collect them
There is a box on the left hand side I can see them
Am I supposed to something else before I can collect them
This is very frustrating and I need heavy infantry ASAP
Thanks
JamesJames,
Every evening at UTC1 the game resets and you get 1 random article that may be for either Maroneia or other agreements that may not have been signed yet, in order from left to right on the screen. The only way to get them for free is to wait for all to be given or trade doubles or other article at the port and lastly you may join a coalition and have coalition members send you extra articles too.
-You may also purchase them at the market which is limited to 1 a day as well.

* Please note that Sparta is a very slow growth game and instant gratification doesn't often find itself around here unless you spend a good amount of $$$$$
I fully understand the game being slow
Thats ok but i already have 3 signed agreements with Maroneia
It keeps saying collect the articles
How and where to I collect them ???
Now when I ask to Build Barracks its says sign and agreement with Maroneia
I have 3 signed already why is it asking me to sign another one ?????
am I missing something in the game ??
thanks
You automatically collect one article a day. Check the "Ephorate" building to see your collected articles. Each agreement requires 4-8 different articles, so you have to collect all of them in order to sign an agreement.
Each individual agreement like the one you are referring to has a set number of article you must collect in order to sign the agreement. So for example, if memory serves me, Maroneia requires 8 articles in total to be able to sign the agreement. You may even get doubles which are useless in signing the agreement but useful in trading for the articles you still need or trading for article on other agreements you have not signed yet.

Can you please provide us a screenshot here to clarify exactly what you are referring too?
Hmmm...
- Raiding empty cities for resources (you won't lose your rpeotection, you can only lose it against live players that you would have attacked and would like to retaliate, so of course you can fear nothing from dead cities)
- Use these resources to build as fast as you can and produce troops
- Focus on building and upgrading production buildings, especially farms, and also storage buildings, as upgrades will requires huge amounts of resources you must have handy in one batch, meaning you must be able to store them
- Message people around, send and accept friends requests, join a coalition and send friendship requests to everybody, because you will soon need to unlock new building areas.
- Don't build the Tholos (if still available, I don't know, I'm keeping mine as a souvenir anyway) that is now useless, nor the hall of Xenia (at least not now, even if asked in a quest), to spare building locations before you can unlock new ones.
- Collect articles and swap double numbers as soon as possible, so you can sign and upgrade agreements as fast as possible, especially because they will unlock new buildings
- Focus on, or at least be very aware of the importance of the the Chalcis -> Samos -> Alexandria branch (without neglecting the regular Greek footmen branch of course, that you can follow at the same time anyway) in the agreements tree, because it leads to Eleusis.
Signing Eleusis and bulding the temple of Demeter should be your next most important goal, because it will reduce your grain consumption enough to get a humongous army before getting bothered with grain problems again - but then you'll be powerful enough to keep on raiding at will.
- In the meanwhile, invest the minimum number of scrolls in the Academy to get straight down the tree without scattering around, until you reach the branch reducing your grain consumption. There, you'll invest as many scrolls as you can until level 80 (or at least 40, for instance).
The second best investment in the Academy will be to increase your total number of heroes. Free all purpose troops ! :)
HTH :)
"- Message people around, send and accept friends requests, join a coalition and end friends requests to everybody, because you will soon need to unlock new building areas."
What's the connection between messagin and unlocking building areas?
"- Collect articles and swap double numbers as soon as possible, so you can sign and upgrades agreements as fast as possible, especially becasue they will unlock new buildings"
What's swapping double numbers?
Very useful info.
Just 1 question: I have (all of them, there are only two.) both ITHACA articles, and when I want to sign it says: collect articles. What does it mean?
Thanks.
