It does not matter since it was working 2 days ago and it is not working for my friends.  How do I get off this thing?


I am running a normal windows 10 configuration using Chrome.

It does matter, otherwise, I would not ask. Is your Windows 32 or 64 bit? And how much RAM do you have available? 


You cannot be removed from the new engine and it will be implemented across all server segments in the foreseeable future. So if you have issues right now, it is best to fix them rather than try to go back to Flash which will not last much longer.

I have 64 bit and lots of 6 GB RAM. It used to work 2 days ago so it is not my computer that is at fault.

You will not receive a response the second you post, Mike. Community managers handle multiple issues and there can be a delay at times. If your game worked for a while and does not now, you can try to download the desktop app from the Plarium Portal homepage and try it (should work fine with x64 Windows). As far as I am aware there were no updates to the game engine in the past couple of days, so no changes on our side could have affected your ability to log in to the game. I would also advise doing the usual browser cache clear and making sure Chrome is updated to the latest version.

I am very reasonable but frustrated. Done most of that and will try the app now.

I can understand the frustration, however, threatening legal action over not receiving a forum response straight away is not going to help your problem, nor will it yield any results even if you went through with it. I hope the app works for you! Just ran a test on your account and it appears to be in order, so the "block" is definitely hardware-related in some way. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of it.

I will be ok using the app but how do you adjust the resolution?

Glad to hear the app works! This is definitely something to do with the browser then, though I am not quite sure what at the moment. Perhaps try a different one? Chrome is usually the best, but the newest Firefox could work as well. And see if the game will load if no other programs are running except for critical ones such as antivirus and the like.
