In all honesty, I cannot. I am not sure what is the situation with the VIP player you mentioned. From what I know even they are not given such information, so most likely there was some sort of miscommunication - especially since the screenshot you posted did not really look like the data players call "PP bank". Given that this sort of insight can give an advantage to someone over others, we cannot reveal it.

This is simply joking around, not trolling. The latter needs a malicious intent to insult or cause a negative emotional reaction - in this case, both of those are lacking. And, given that Tonaya did not seem to mind either, I am not sure how you thought this is a trolling attempt

and one moderator check PP bank for VIP player,moderator deleted my post.

I am completely honest when I say that I cannot do that. When there is something that I can do to help, I do that, but sometimes things are just outside my capabilities or rights as a CM

tonaya I am one of those players I think that they said they checked my pp bank, if you think they did anything they did not. the numbers you posted are not from vip. the VIP will show you different numbers, but you can also see most of these numbers in infirmary while playing pp. and those numbers are only what you have played. what you play does not always add to payout.
the answer to your question is you don't have a bank. you have to play a certain amount of troops at the same time to get big reward. otherwise you will be set on standard rewards, 20-30 mil.13 берез. 2018, 20:0713.03.18
