Increasingly I get a blank report screen when attempting to clear guardian attacks.
Frankly the only reason I go there in the first place is to clear the report alert, so I suggest P. change so we do not have to go to that screen in the first place - if Plarium would remove the warrior/challenger alert for this screen eg the green '10' box , that would improve the situation.
Just have alerts relate to the batle screen.
Please try to clean the cache of the game. Here are the steps: open Plarium Play > Settings > Troubleshooting > Press the button "Reset cache".

Sadly your response misses the point and I find patronising by telling me what I obviously already know, having played this silly game for over 5 years.
1) I do not want to clear have to clear cache all the time (and incur the time consuming penalties that provoles). - I simply want the game to function the way it should. Blank screens did not ocur in the past but now are a frequent occurance.
2) The major point I was making was to remove the alert for the guardian report screen - it alerts information that nobody is interested in, whilst masking the battle alerts that we are certainly interested in!
