With all the tournaments we need to  increase the production of troop. So it will be a good idea to have a new guardian for that. Actually we have a guardian to increase the production of elisean troop, an the suggestion is:

1. Modify this guardian to increase also the prod of regular troop.

2. Create a guardian to increase the production of regular troop (it have an empty place in "chamber guardians")
