So I think we have it figured out that a little glowing helmet on friends avatar means they've donated a hero to your city.  Is this correct?

Also, why do some avatars have a neon blue highlight at times?  What is that indicating?

I've been playing a while.  This is something I should already know. LOL Heck, I just figured out that I could scroll the map with arrow keys.  Could have used that info months and months ago...smh
