hi everyone
whilst in emporia, a rare occasion i might add, obviously a few got hit, but one attackers city was like this on the map...anyone shed some light???

What do you mean 2 years in the program? 2 years anniversary as a player or 2 years anniversary as a VIP club member?

2 years in the VIP scheme
and you dont HAVE to use the VIP schema, it is selectable, a lot dont use it as they get grief for being VIP's

As far as I have been told, a two year anniversary in the VIP program. And Morteee is correct, players are not obliged to use the VIP City Schema if they do not want to.

You can double-check with your VIP agent to be certain. Don't worry, if you're eligible, I am sure there will be no issues in obtaining the City plaque. And even if not, all you need to do is wait a bit longer

the vip agent began after the boicot last November
maybe you mean as anniversary of when they started playing, thats when they gave the vip city, so this year this, or maybe as 1st anniversary of becoming vip? not two years being vip as the program just been a year now.....

This is how it works: the reward is indeed for the anniversary in the game, but it is only applied if the player was part of the VIP program at the time. For example, they were introduced as a VIP, then next month they have their anniversary in the game and get a gift, then this year they get a second year anniversary as a VIP and get the name plaque for that. A bit convoluted, so I apologize for any misunderstandings.
