You receive a 100 points in the weekly siege ranking each time when you besiege a City.

The weekly ranking is updated every Monday at 7:00 AM UTC for all players around the world. At that time, all Siege points earned last week are reset to 0. Hence, when you start recalling troops from the besieged Cities and each time you get -100 Siege points.

There are 2 solutions:

1. Having recalled all your squads from the besieged Cities, first, you need to besiege some new Cities and earn new Siege points to reach 0 value. After that, all further Sieges will be bringing you points for the current Weekly Ranking.

2. Easier way is just to wait until the next Monday when your current negative value will be reset to 0 automatically.

I had got position 6 in the ranking and then recalled all my troops back does that make my score go into negative ?

I started seigeing cities again have seiged close to 100 cities and still cannot see any increase in my ranking I not able to see my name even when I click my rank

No, you can't go in negativ.

Example: 

week 1: you siege 555 sieges and you will get 55,5k points onWeekly ranking and you willhave 55.5k on ''All time champion'' ranking too.

week 2 : new week and Weekly ranking is reset so you have 0 points, but you still have 55,5k in ''ALL time champ'' ranking

if you recall all your army from those sieges you will still have 0 pts on Weekly ranking but now you will have 0 points on Champion(All time) ranking.

So bbasicly you can go just down to 0 points if you recall all army from your sieges.
