Sanctum of Asclepius-Amphora Chamber-

I am at the max level for this building-12

Clicking on Glory Lvl 1 brings Resistance Lvl 7 Elixrs into the chamber.

I closed out from Sanctum and tried this twice.

Closed out from game and re-entered the game-same issue.

Open up Sanctum once again-

Amphora Chamber>Clicking on  Swiftness Lvl 1 with 10 showing in upper right of the box produces nothing in the Amphora Chamber

Close out from Sanctum and open again-

Amphora Chamber>Clicking on Resistance Lvl 1 with 10 showing in the upper right of the box produces nothing in the Amphora Chamber

Clicking on the Wrath elixr produces the Endurance elixers into the Chamber-I have 6, but yet the Chamber states that I need to purchase a chest?

Basically, I can not upgrade any elixers. has anyone experienced/or experiencing this issue?
